Yo Tallow was born in professional kitchens.
As restaurant owners, we’ve spent years chasing one thing: flavour. In the kitchen, the fat you cook with matters just as much as the ingredients themselves — it determines how food browns, crisps and ultimately tastes.
Working with Australian Wagyu suppliers, we render our tallow in small batches using traditional methods. The fat is slowly melted and carefully filtered to produce a clean, smooth cooking fat with exceptional performance.
The result is simple: better cooking at home.
